My antivirus scan tends to get stuck for a very long time on a particular file (~WRF2715.tmp). Becuse of this, a full scan can take over 800 minutes. Any idea how to resolve? I have tried using centralized exceptions, but cannot find the particular file so as to exclude it from future scans. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
