Hi , From last few months forum is actually been a great help for the customer lot of people have started using forum due to which resolution factor for the issue is increasing remarkably so the point i wish to share is in knowledge base when customer type a certain issue then he is shown tech articles forums link for that issue instead of that if forum admin keep track of resolved issue while any issue is searched by customer if those solved forum link are on top of search that would help customer to get resolution with more understanding of that issue too which would really server use of forum to it’s best
